Today, I am reviewing the Lashem Colour Strokes Brow Tint and Lift. I was given this product in return for sharing my honest opinions with you. The Colour Strokes Brow Tint and Lift comes in a .2 fl oz tube, in one of three colors: Blonde, Brunette, or Raven. This covers all shades of eyebrows, which is nice, because many companies have only one choice for brows, and there definitely needs to be variation. This product comes with a wand (much like mascara), and really contains everything that you need to enhance your brows.
The gel-like formula and wand help to sculpt your brows into a neat shape, taking care of stray hairs. At the same time, the tint is used to fill in any gaps (especially from over-plucking). You can use the tinted gel to make your eyebrows appear thicker and even longer, by extending them out at the ends. While the Colour Strokes Brow Tint and Lift is making your eyebrows noticeably more appealing, it is also working “behind the scenes” with a specialize serum that helps promote the growth of stronger and more healthy eyebrows. In the past, I have purchased these three types of products all separate (brow gel, brow tint, and enhancing serum), and it can get a bit pricy, so it is nice to see a product that offers a three-in-one approach.
The Lashem Colour Strokes Brow Tint and Lift is “flake-proof”, “smudge-proof”, and “paraben free”, according to the website. The enhancing serum is full of peptides which help to create volume and decrease breakage, to help you maintain fuller brows. The tint is made to match your brow color, but to add natural definition. To use the Brow Tint and Lift, you simply use the wand to apply the tint with “short, upward strokes”, following the contour of your brows. Once you have applied it, you can use your fingers to feather it or any eyeshadow brush. It contains the following ingredients:
Water, VP/VA Copolymer, Carbomer, Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Glycerin, Sodium Hydroxide, Silica, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hexylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Pelvetia Canaliculata Extract, Laminaria Digita Extract, Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17
You can purchase the Colour Strokes Brow Tint and Lift here, on the Lashem website, for just $20 per tube.

My mom and I both have very dark eyebrows, so I used the Raven Colour Strokes Brow Tint and Lift on my mother’s eyebrows so that I could more easily photograph the transformation. Below, you will see before and after pictures of both eyebrows once the Tint and Lift is applied. Overall, we thought that the gel had a good consistency and helped give my mom’s eyebrows a nice contoured shape. The tint looks lighter than the color of my mom’s brows when you just look at the wand, but once you’ve applied it, it is spot on for darker brows. We thought that it really helped fill in some of the gaps of my mom’s brows, making them look thicker and healthier. Eyebrows can really make your look for the day, adding a natural frame to your face. We even extended her brows, and the tint did not look too fake — it was a bold but tasteful transformation. We can’t yet speak to the long-term effects of the serum, but I am sure that it will help her eyebrows grow to be even more healthy. Although the wand gives you precision and makes it easier to shape the brows, I do prefer a very small brush with a slanted tip for filling in small gaps — to me, this just makes it so that you aren’t over-applying the tint or missing your target and over-extending the brows. Once dry, the Brow Tint and Lift did appear to be flake and smudge free, but during the application process, I did smudge it a few times when trying to fix it with my fingers (clean up is easy enough). In general, we both thought that this product was really great, especially for its price, even though I tend to prefer powder brow enhancers for my own look.
